Shipping Policy

Shirtsy is committed to excellence, and the full satisfaction of our customers.  There are, however, human errors that may have been unforeseen, in which you are entitled for a return, exchange, or full refund.  The following describes those circumstances:


When will I get my order?
It typically takes 14–21 business days to fulfill any order in house.

After that, it ships out- Shipping times vary but can be estimated as:

  • 5-7 business days (via standard UPS Ground)
  • 3 business days (via 3 day select shipping)

Please note- even if you select an expedited shipping method, it still takes the full 14-21 business days to be finalized in house before it ships out to you!

[Covid-19] When will I get my order?

Our fulfillment times [for all products/t-shirts/mugs/coasters/etc.] may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. We are seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers as the entire industry is grappling with challenges. It’s difficult to predict the shipping times and we apologize in advance for the delay.

We ship from Dania Beach, FL

My order should be here by now, but I still don’t have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

  • Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address
  • Ask your local post office/UPS check point if they have your package

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn’t left at the post office or at you’re your nearest UPS store, get in touch with us at [email protected] with your order number.

All shipments are sent out with the address you provide.  If you find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order after a claim has been made on our behalf with our shipping provider.  Once your order is credited back to us we well ship out a replacement.


How are your products made?

Our print on demand apparel is made to order. Your products are custom made by our staff of trained technicians.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking number via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at [email protected].

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged/misprinted. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at [email protected] within a weeks’ time with:

  • Photos of the damaged/misprinted product
  • Your order number
  • A picture of your packing slip that was included in your shipment
  • Any other details you may have to help me assist you
