Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days from initial purchase. For packages lost by fault of the postal carrier, claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
Misprint: Misprinted garments by mistake of Shirtsy will be reprinted and delivered at no cost to you. Orders mis-printed my fault of your design will not be refunded or replaced.
Defective/Damaged Material: All defective garments (eg torn fabric, irreparable stains from factory) will be replaced at no cost to you.
The return address is set by default to the Shirtsy Inc facility. When we receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to you. Unclaimed returns older than 30 days are destroyed or donated. If Shirtsy is not the return address the return address, the returned package would become lost, and subsequently, you would become liable for any returned shipment.
Undeliverable or mistyped Address – If you provide an address that is unidentifiable by the courier, the shipment will be returned to us. You will incur new shipping charges once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
If you do not have an account and a billing method saved, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be destroyed or donated (without us issuing a refund).
Shirtsy does not accept returns of disposable or sanitation products, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
Buyers’ Remorse – We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse. Returns for products, face masks, as well as size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion. This includes annual memberships which are non-refundable.
