Design Questions
Can I edit my design?
Your design can be edited after you submit if you found a specific flaw that you caught post-process. But do it quickly, because as soon as we approve the design and it goes into production, there’s no turning back!
Do you produce in house?
Yes! Our Direct-to-Garmet printers are located here in our production facility. We own and operate our own printers, cutting down on cost, allowing for better quality control, and giving you faster shipping times.
Can someone help me with my design?
Unfortunately, we do not have the designers here specifically to assist with design. Our do-it-yourself editor is a fantastic tool to design your products right in your browser.
Do I need an account?
No, anyone may order at Shirtsy.com. An approved account is only required if you would like to access NET 30 for your orders.
Is there a digitizing fee?
No! We print using Direct-to-Garmet technology and our online designer allows us to convert your digital image to physical products without the need to expensive graphic designers.
Do you have an affiliate program?
Yes, please contact us as there are different tiers and programs to match your needs.
